MediMapster is a platform that connects blood donors with recipients across India. We provide a database of voluntary donors and facilitate connections between individuals in need of blood transfusion and potential donors. We are not a medical institution and do not collect, store, screen, or transport blood.

MediMapster is an open-source platform. The platform is provided "as-is", without any warranties or guarantees. The source code is publicly available, and anyone can contribute to or modify it under the terms of the open-source license. We are not responsible for any modifications, forks, or derivative works created by third parties.

By using MediMapster, you acknowledge that the platform is a voluntary initiative, and we do not assume any legal responsibility for its use or outcomes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. All users (donors, recipients, and visitors) are solely responsible for their actions and decisions.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Falsifying information is strictly prohibited.
• Meet the medical eligibility criteria before donating. MediMapster does not verify eligibility — you must ensure you meet all requirements.
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all users. Harassment or unauthorized sharing of personal information is strictly prohibited.
• Donate only at licensed hospitals or government-approved blood banks.
• Never accept payment for blood — paid donation is illegal under Indian law.

MediMapster acts solely as a platform to connect donors and recipients. We do not guarantee the availability of donors or the suitability of donated blood. Recipients are responsible for verifying compatibility and safety of the blood received through proper medical screening at a licensed institution. MediMapster is not liable for any medical complications arising from the use of our platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or medical information.
• Post false, fraudulent, or misleading blood requests.
• Solicit or accept payment for blood donations.
• Exploit the platform for commercial gain without prior written consent.
• Engage in scraping, automated abuse, or any activity that disrupts platform functioning.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

MediMapster is provided "as-is", without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All content on the MediMapster website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of MediMapster and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of MediMapster shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
